Poor boy, he thought standing on the ground instead of the observation deck would save him. He held the laptop up, showing the wave forms on screen as he played it again, a bit louder. He's about six feet from the glass now.

Rafael let out a startled yelp and backed away quickly, snapping the laptop shut and hugging it to his chest. "H-Hey! No, you can't be out of your tank! You have to get back in the water!" And he attempted to make some of the sounds himself, who knows what he's saying?

After setting his laptop down safely on a nearby table he returned to try and block Breakdown's escape, gesturing back up towards the lip of the tank. "See? Water! Go back to water!"

There was a long sigh of relief from Raf as he leaned against the stairs, heart thudding in his chest. But he had managed to communicate a little bit, and he hadn't been murdered! So it was a start. Further research would be needed.

Raf didn't clean up, there were drains in the floor that would take care of the water. But he was going to make himself scarce and hide again, he needed to Not Be Around when or if Megatron showed up again.
