GLP1s are a MUCH higher value to society than Medicare Advantage. We could shift the 80B in annual overpayments to MA and FULLY cover GLP1s, DOUBLE payments to PCPs, and DECREASE costs. Metabolic diseases would plummet and we would solve primary care access. Jose Figueroa, MD, MPH
