Waited to post this as I needed to calm down first. I popped into a local pub on Friday evening as I didn’t feel like cooking so thought I’d grab dinner on my way home. It was fairly busy but I found a table and ordered food and a drink.

This by Women's Aid is clever & really important. I just hope that we can also remind people that coercive control has many layers and levels and often it does not have to be all of this to be toxic. It can often exist as benevolence which is why it is so hard to isolate at times.

This is a campaign in Norway to create an awareness into safer drug use and help reduce overdose risk. We need more campaigns like this.
