The summer school is organised primarily by students from the CQD CDT at Imperial College London as well as Daniel Burgarth as a local organiser.

The president of the IOP (Institute of Physics) Sir Peter Knight will be giving a talk on Quantum Technologies in a networked world.

Robert Spekkens from Perimeter Institute (Perimeter Institute) will be giving a talk on Foundations of quantum mechanics.

Vlatko Vedral, from University of Oxford and Singapore CQT (CQT) will talk about Entanglement and its relationship to thermodynamics

Professor Martin Plenio, from Imperial College London and University of Ulm will give a talk on Sensing single spins with diamonds.

Ifan Hughes, from Durham University(Durham University), will be talking about Experiments with cold atoms and molecules.

David Lucas, form University of Oxford (University of Oxford), will be speaking about Ion trap implementations of quantum information theory.

Jeremy O'Brien, from Bristol University (University of Bristol), will be giving a talk on Optical implementations of quantum information theory.
