Made it to 100 parkruns today at my wonderful home run - CannockChaseparkrun. 2 years ago I was more than three stone heavier and constantly getting injured. In 2018, I managed 42 parkruns & shaved another 3 minutes off my pb. #loveparkrun

I'd sell a kidney to see them reform, even for a one-off! On the hour and Thedaytoday remain some of the funniest and cleverest comedy shows ever produced. Still hilarious and still relevant (though you'd need to explain that it was actually satire to the current generation!)

We finally managed to get something together from our respective bunkers, deep underground.....

We have new music released at the end of the month. Who knows whether we'll get to play these songs live in 2020, but happy to be getting them out into the World at least!
