re: #NeurIPS2024 scores In my AC pile, never seen such low scores. Almost all my papers have at least one score recommending reject. I feel like there is a mix of more inexperienced reviewers, and a "spiral of aggression", from people getting low scores as authors.

#neurips2024 : in reviews for top ML conferences, I've been witnessing some reviews strongly downplaying contributions, holding them to unreasonable standards, while dismissing an improvement compared to another work. I read this as dishonnest authors of competing works 1/2
