A long shot BUT my sister Tali has cerebral palsy and her greatest joy is cycling around on her big red trike, singing at the top of her voice. Today the bike was stolen from her flat in Golders Green (NW London) and she is devastated! Pls pls spread the word and keep an eye out!

Paramedic Nigel and colleagues across #TeamLAS were busy delivering food and essentials to food banks again today. Nigel's been collecting donations from our staff and volunteers and coordinating the deliveries to food banks. Today they delivered to their 34th!

Heartbreaking listening to a care home owner on the radio. Has had to let go 3 hardworking, loyal members of staff. All have walls covered in thank you cards from grateful relatives. All staff test constantly & wear ppe. Have had zero Covid in the home since the beginning. Tragic
