VSO Kenya-Make Way Project supported the Makueni RMNCAH Technical Working Group in reviewing 2024 Q4 milestones led by YSD. Discussions focused on reducing adolescent pregnancies, lowering maternal & neonatal mortalities, & strengthening tailored health programs.

We have joined other youth organizations in Makueni at a youth governance forum held at Mukuyuni. This local system envision and support youth participation and inclusion in development by building key youth priorities and needs to stimulate local economies

YSD held a strategic dialogue on the PBO Act regulations ahead of the regional PP forum set for June 27, at Machakos. The forum convened civil society actors from Makueni to review the draft, align positions, and consolidate input 4 a unified submission at the regional level.
