The USAID funded Integrated Child Health & Social Services Award (ICHSSA-4) Project, in partnership with the Kebbi State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, launched the Cash Transfer Flag-Off Ceremony to 494 Caregivers & distributed Start-Up Kits to 10 Adolescents.
