We moved the place we keep the littlest cats food. Now she doesn’t eat it. So we moved it back to its original spot and now she doesn’t trust it. Now I have 200+ pouches of food in transit that she no longer recognises as food 🤦‍♂️

We’ve noticed that alongside an increase in vaping and return to smoking weed, from daughter, that her taste buds are screwed and she’s burning through salt and spices in the kitchen. Upstairs, the bath actually smells of garlic powder. She’s sweating ‘erbs n spices 🧄 🛁 😐

Been using Balance for a few months now. Really helping don’t mindset, avoiding overwhelm, and developing healthier sleep and wake routines… Still no idea how “softening my forehead” or “lengthening my spine” works though. #rigid
