Ayushi and Charvi made OGS proud today by qualifying for National round of INTACH heritage quiz by topping Uttarakhand chapter of the quiz held at RIMC today.

Virasat Heritage quest quiz 2025, organised by ONGC Dehradun. Out of 25 teams, top 04 teams were shortlisted for finals.OGS Boys and Girls both qualified for 2nd round. And the 1st prize went to OGS Girl's team 3rd prize too was grabbed by OGS Boys team.

An inter house 03 km marathon was organised by Girls school today at Major Greesh Chander Verma Valley ground. All the students participated in the competition. Shanu in Sr Division and Niyasha in Jr Division topped the list. Overall, Sarojini house pipped Padmini by 01 point.

A poster competition held among the students of all three wings on vigilance awareness and anti corruption themes, under the aegis of Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC).Students depicted corruption, its effects on society and vigilance, marvellously through their drawings.

It was indeed a privilege and an honour for OG to receive a replica of 1928 and 1932 Olympics (Hockey winner) certificate of Sh. Broom Eric Pinniger, who represented India in hockey and happened to be an Oakgrovian, by his grandson today.

77th republic day was celebrated at Oak Grove School with Josh and patriotic fervour.Following the unfurling of national flag, a March past was held at valley ground. A cultural program comprising skit,dance,patriotic songs etc.was the central point of attraction during the day.

As a part of holistic learning and environmental awareness, today students went for a long trek of 06 km criss crossing forests, streams and wildlife.Some glimpses

"Of all the paths we take in life, make sure few of them are of dirt".. Today Class 6th students took a long nature trail among forest wilderness to rejuvenate themselves.They got practical lessons on soil erosion,landslides and identification of various kinds of rocks & streams.

Team of orthodontists visited the Sr Girls school. They delivered a presentation explaining various treatments related to orthodontic problems.The team also conducted dental check-ups for all the students and provided them with valuable guidance regarding oral and dental hygiene.

It is a matter of immense pride for OG fraternity that one of our ex student Mr Ishitwa Anand( OG Batch -2019) scored AIR 50 in Civil services exam 2025. OG is honoured by the achievement of its alumni in different walks of life. Long live OG👏👏

Master Abhinav ( Class 8th) scored rank 1 internationally with a cash prize of Rs. 5100/- Master Anand ( Class 10th ) got rank 2 internationally with a cash prize of 3100/- Master Aniket ( Class 10th) got rank 6th, in an international olympiad.

Sh Ishitwa Anand (All India rank 50, Civil Services exam 2025),an alumnus of OGS (2011-2019) visited Oak Grove School today and conducted different sessions in different wings of School.
