If you’re thinking of switching to Verizon wireless, DON’T! My phone hasn’t worked since I switched 4 days ago. No one at Verizon seems to be in any rush to fix it. I’ve now been in the store or on the phone for 10 hours and counting with no resolution in sight. Disgusting.

Them: “go home and get on WiFi so we can fix this. We’ll put you on a brief hold” Been on hold for over an hour. Wtf.

I’ve been on the phone for 5 hours today and counting. No end in sight.

UPDATE: they told me they don’t know what the issue is and they are just now putting in an “escalation ticket”. At least 8 other people told me they were putting in an “escalation ticket”. Apparently none was ever put in. Verizon this is how you do business!?? Yikes.

Imagine not knowing there’s archeological evidence of this and opening your ignorant hateful mouth lol couldn’t be me. 🤷🏼‍♀️
