Bill Ferriter Love it. The only slight change I would make is that the first priority of Tier 2 is the reteaching of essential standards. It’s not the only use of the time. It should also be used to extend the learning of students who have learned the essentials to that point.

Our team recently decided to spend the first 10mins of meetings sending positive emails home. 10/10 recommend. It’s always on my list but I don’t get around to it as much as I’d like, building it into our structured team time was a great solution and means so much to the Ss. 🙌
