Young male in late 40s had a large upper polar Bosniak IV Cyst abutting the hilum. Intra-op, hilum had double renal veins with a single artery hiding between the veins. Managed Partial. Imaging always exaggerates the complexity of the case. youtu.be/32fl62ZjSKQ?si…
