Every 15 minutes has become the gold standard for "so frequent you don't need to check a schedule", but if that 15 minute bus runs 2 minutes early and you miss it, you're not gonna make the connection to that every-50-minute bus down the line.

I know there's only so much enforcement can do to make our streets safer, but I'm convinced we could significantly reduce the number of folks killed and injured by drivers almost overnight by immediately impounding any vehicle with obscured license plates like this.
