Maybe they tried their best too. Their best may not look like your best because you two have come from two different upbringings. Different traumas too. Even though saying goodbye is hard, don’t forget to acknowledge the things you’ve learned. The ways in which you are wiser.

working on yourself never ends. you get better & then boom now it's some new sht that you have to work on.... just unlocking endless levels of growth & healing.

you deserve depth. not conversations for the sake of talking, not convenient friendships for the sake of connection, not settling for the sake of comfort, you deserve interactions that dive into the entire depth of who you are to explore the oceans within you.

Set intentions throughout your day, read a good hardcover book, go for coffee with your friends, reflect in your journal, dance around the house, express gratitude, eat delicious homemade meals, meditate, stay hydrated, pursue your passions, learn more — be happy on purpose.

one day i hope i experience the love that i know i deserve. i hope it comes easily. i hope it’s not an uphill battle. i hope the love between us grows effortlessly, beautifully, as if it’s been waiting for our arrival. i wanna bloom with somebody.
