Going to start sending Cigna Healthcare a bill for all the time my spouse has been spending on the phone trying to resolve a $4000 bill (due to Cigna not paying correctly) for a CT scan from June '23. Been told "it will be escalated" each time, yet every time they have failed to do so

Spouse got a notification this morning, the claim has been resolved appropriately. $4000 down to out of pocket of $68.
