Human trafficking is rising in South Carolina and all around the world. Last year alone, SLED investigated over 400 cases statewide. Stay with me for updates on a press conference being held at the White House on this crisis later today.

AG Alan Wilson released a report last month of the number of human trafficking cases reported to the national hotline last year. The total number of cases reported last year was 124, with these five counties having the highest number of reports.

The White House interagency task force on human trafficking is currently giving out awards to people and organizations to those who have fought to end human trafficking throughout the world. Watch live at: youtube.com/live/q8C3Rt5MG…
