PJMS seventh graders attended The Adventure Park at Long Island recently.  The trip offered them the opportunity to get outside, use problem solving skills, build self-esteem and improve their confidence, all while engaging in various ropes course challenges. #PortJeffProud

PJMS sixth grader Sebastian Salzman, seventh grader Jenny Cheung & eighth grader Iris Park each won a $400 Private Summer Study Grant from the Long Island String Festival Association. The three each perform on cello & work under the tutelage of Dr. Vanessa Salzman. #PortJeffProud

Students in the PJSD summer school headed to Port Jeff Bowl for some friendly competition as part of the “Fun Friday” events. The outing provided opportunities from math skills, hand-eye coordination, team building and just enjoying a positive, fun environment. #PortJeffProud

The Athletic Department recently concluded its summer athletic camps. The camp program doubled from 11 camps in its first year of implementation last summer to 22 camps this year, offered from May through August, with 454 enrollments. #PortJeffProud
