Finally, SPHIRE-crYOLO 1.8 is out and here is what is new: 1/4: It contains support for picking filaments and prominent particles in tomograms. Thanks to @TackeSebastian + Zhexin (Eric) Wang for debugging this while tracing tomograms of the sarcomere! #cryoem MPI Dortmund SPHIRE
