Have you ever wondered why some people keep going back to drugs or substances even after promising to stop? Many of them are fighting silent battles you don’t see - pain, pressure, or loneliness. Before judging, remember that empathy can save a life. #SayNoToDrugs

Doing a car racing competition in a country that has 1 Neurosurgeon to about 2 to 3 million Nigerians and 1 Orthopedic surgeon to 500,000 Nigerians is the height of stupidity. A country where you can't summon an emergency ambulance on the go, that's top notch ignorance

What is the first step to healing from drug or substance use? Admitting the struggle - not to the world, but to yourself. That moment of honesty is where strength begins. #SayNoToDrugs

I really hope you become more audacious in 2026 because you sef no small. What's meant for you may not always come to you - sometimes, you have to chase it. The one that is meant for you and the one that you didn't know was meant for you, Walahi, it is all within reach.

Can someone heal without support? It’s possible, but extremely hard. Recovery becomes real when there is at least one safe person to talk to. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction and needs help, feel free to send a DM. Help is available and discreet.

As a man, I agree - womanizing brings no real gain. It weakens discipline, damages trust, and robs a man of focus and purpose. Real strength is shown in self-control, not in numbers.

“Only weak people get addicted to drugs or substances.” Is that true? No. Strong, intelligent, successful people can also fall into it - addiction doesn’t respect personality or status. #SayNoToDrugs

Do all drug or substance users look “rough”? Not at all. Many look normal, happy, and well-dressed. Addiction doesn’t always show on the face.

Do drugs and substances really change how the brain works? Absolutely. They slowly weaken focus, memory, and decision-making even when the person looks “fine” on the outside. #SayNoToDrugs

Do you know that 269 million people between the ages of 15 and 64 used illicit substances at least once in 2018. Drug use is a global problem, and 1 out of 5 families are affected. Source: UNODC.(2020). World drug report 2020. New York: United Nation #SayNoToDrugs
