Pour one out for Rob Thomson. He had a .568 winning percentage over five seasons as manager, the highest for a Phillies manager in franchise history. You’d have to imagine that record will stand for a long time.

Rob was the captain of this ship, many people criticized him for his lack of emotion, but in a 162 game season his mild mannered nature is what led this team to success, I’ll miss him, he was our eras Charlie
