Just IMAGINE if a registered pharmacist made repeated errors for a year, took no action to find resolutions until forced to by others speaking up, didn’t reflect on said errors & when questioned about it said “sorry you’re experiencing issues as a result of my incompetence”

I’m at that stage in my revision where one thing goes in and stays there...but something else leaves to make room for it 😭😭😂 8 days and counting 😩

I often greet customers at work and ask how can I help, only for them to look straight past me to my seniors stating “I’d like to speak to the pharmacist”... as much as it’s annoying I love the shock on their face when I say that’s me 😅
