Inspired cooking last evening at @RestaurantJS with James Sommerin sharing his kitchen with guest chef Arnaud Bignon from the Greenhouse in Mayfair. Such a privilege to be there and such great fun. Crab starter and Halibut course personal favourites. And Welsh lamb, of course!

Another great meal @RestaurantJS in Penarth. Such good cooking and outstanding service. And a real buzz about the place. The unmistakeable sound of people enjoying themselves.
