The long-term loss of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere is the most important crisis facing humanity & all life. Yes, there has been a recovery, but it leaves CO2 far below levels for sustaining life & rescuing vast dying forests, grasslands (tundra), farmland, steppe & deserts.
