I do most of this on a keto diet for 4 yrs and my coronary-artery calcification score (CAC) just DROPPED to “0” with “no stenosis” from 79 two yrs ago!!! Dropping is not really a thing. That’s despite my LDL-C = 295 mg/dl. Could be vit K2 supplement???

At 65 I just reversed my CAC score to “0” from 79 in ‘22 eating ~70% of cals from FAT the last 4 yrs. That’s despite LDL-C = 295 mg/dl. So there! It’s insulin resistance from refined carbs & low fat yogurt (for example) making everyone sick. Duh!!! @KetoSustained
