It was great to visit with folks at Tallgrass Creek this morning. I’m glad they are engaged with the #JCCC race and other local races.

I don't normally post political stuff here, but my 4th-grade daughter made this great video. She got a bit bored during my @shawmissionpost forum. Enjoy! Vote November 2!

I went to my first Olathe Coffee Club this morning and was lucky to see a JCPRD presentation. There’s so much going on at JCPRD. Keep it up Jeff and team!

It was a beautiful morning for the Johnson County Community College Lace Up for Learning 5K to support student scholarships. It was good to see some other candidates join me. I ran 27:58, which was a record for me.

My yards signs like to be in yards, not littered on street corners and medians. All my large signs have the permission of the property owners. #justsaying #vote

Happy Halloween. In random and meaningless news, if re-elected, I'll be the tallest elected official in Johnson County. OP Mayor Gerlach is currently the tallest.

It was a privilege to serve the College for four years and I’m disappointed I won’t be able to serve another term. I congratulate those that won. I’ll remain actively involved in the community and I look forward to continued success for JCCC.

Spending a rainy night at the City of Olathe, Kansas volunteer reception to see my daughter win an award for volunteer work at @MahaffieFarm. She actually won in 2020, but no event last year.

It was great to see so many people out at 7am to support Olathe Public schools at the Olathe Public Schools Foundation annual breakfast. The Foundation has been raising money for students for 25 years!
