Greenbelt value not $8.2 billion but $16 billion. Seems the media has missed that the $8.2billion estimated Greenbelt value change removed 2022 are 2016 numbers. The true estimated is closer to $16billion. That would have funded over 24,000 homes. The Globe and Mail Toronto Star
