Completely agree. We need to stop talking about exclusion criteria and ensure we have person centred holistic services

Constantly hearing about suicide risk being downplayed because someone: •“has capacity” •is impulsive •has personality disorder diagnosis •would already have “succeeded” if they were serious None of these decisions is based on evidence or, for that matter, ethical.
