A lot of you know about my journey with Cancer. Well, things are coming to a head and I have no idea how long bc I don’t ask but it’s not a long time left for me. I have usually been relatively private only sharing with my closest.

Of course my time now is just exclusive for my family , my incredible husband Usman Ahmed 🦴🔨 who is truly the best man I have ever known. Has supported me with dignity and laughter and love for 4 years. He’s been my rock and is the most wonderful father to our beautiful children

Funny how beauty reveals itself the more we are surrounded by ugly or painful things. So if you find your heart drawn to the beauty and not the pain or bitterness, you are lucky and blessed and have nothing to fear in life.

I tend to sleep with my hand closed in a fist. Apparently saying my hand hurts from all the fisting I did last night is not the right thing to say. Oopsies.

Survived several typhoons growing up in Korea and just survived my first hurricane. So lucky our place didn’t get flooded or lose any power.

I buried my wife today - she was the beating heart of our family, the bright star that guided us home, the one whose smile melted the iciest of hearts. She laughed so much & smiled like she did knowing that the end was near. Forever will remembered for her dimples & smile. ❤️💕

Nowadays, after months and months of therapy, I'm merely acquaintances with the monster under my bed.

It's funny the divisive, love-hate relationship with Valentine's Day. Do we need a special day to show love? No. Some of us do that everyday. But, Love is Love is Love 💖 and it's a nice reminder to celebrate that. Plus, I take any excuse to spoil my person and people.
