Absolutely. There’s nothing brave about having PD. Sometimes I feel brave when I say or do something, but that may or may not have anything at all to do with PD – from the first time, I wrote a blog, to going up and speaking to people at an event. We are all brave in our own way.

Getting a long overdue, new mattress made a positive difference for me. BTW, when it happens, I find the inability to STOP moving in bed more distressing! That seems like a classic Parky conflict! 😊
