All the cybersecurity and phishing trainings required by my employer have equipped me to be a master hacker. I have studied the craft of social engineering, the most powerful phishing techniques, and the best practices of password generation. Your networks lie exposed before me.

!!! When I brag to my Bay Area colleagues about how much easier it is to build affordable housing in Sacramento, one key element is that we have so many local electeds that truly fight for more affordable housing in their district - but nobody's a bigger bulldog than Kennedy.

The coastal organizations who proudly kill affordable housing legislation are now rallying to stop service on the second busiest train line in the country. They threaten a CEQA lawsuit to stop the train.

Our new landlord is just charging our unit a flat fee for water, with no backup or breakout of the actual building use. Are there rules around RUBS and what they're required to provide tenants?

Apparently in the '00s, a for-profit affordable housing developer tried to patent a particular LIHTC deal structure. Normal industry, here. housingfinance.com/policy-legisla…

Someday, I will fully divulge the sordid story about why I do not presently own a bike, but in the meantime, I’ve been taken aback at how much I love riding the Lime electric scooters in Sacramento at night.

This is going to be really cool. Great way to send off a building and celebrate our artists before we start construction on 241 units of affordable housing!

One of the worst parts about working in this industry is seeing powerful people complain about how much it costs to build affordable housing, then immediately turn around and vote for policies that directly and explicitly increase the cost of building affordable housing.

On the 54th anniversary of the signing of #CEQA, how fitting there's a CEQA lawsuit to block an Alameda food bank because, checks notes, it would impact an "historic parking lot." Judicial expansion and abuse of CEQA is ruining California #ReformCEQA kron4.com/news/bay-area/…

It is endlessly funny to watch people contort their entire worldviews specifically to define Aaron Peskin (a conservative NIMBY multimillionaire landlord) as a progressive. I hope his imminent defeat will encourage SF’s left to put forward a serious candidate next time.

Spotted this license plate on a mid-‘00s Highlander in Sacramento today. Only presence appears to be this Facebook page. What an honor to catch a glimpse of a foreign dignitary!

Thrilled to celebrate the Wong Center Grand Opening and impact it is already having! "This has been such a good thing for me, especially from where I came from...I was about to give up and I never did, and I am so glad that I didn't." -Martha Wagner, Wong Center resident
