I have no doubt Muhoozi Kainerugaba Parody CDF on corruption in Uganda Peoples' Defence Forces is wake up call.The screws will tighten more being 1st son. He will make corruption not only a risky business but close to treasonable . Concern is that we need to institutionalise it & not "familize" it. Congrats.
