This is a fabulous exhibition - putting dog perspectives at the heart of Pavlov’s famous experiments. It is a model (haha) example of how history can be reimagined through miniatures. It reminds me of the Chapman brothers’ dioramas (warning: content concerns animal experiments).

RIP Bernard Hill
I’m welling up looking at this shot.
I saw Boys From The Blackstuff when I was 15 & his performance as Yosser Hughes went beyond any idea I had of acting then. It was disturbing, heartbreaking, enraging & darkly funny ‘I’m desperate, Dan’
A scorching talent.

I am finding some lovely synchronicity between our Women's Grassroots Activism Research Network Arts and Humanities Research Council network & my own family history. After our workshop at National Museum of Ireland on Saturday I was going through some papers of my late mother Margaret & found this copy of Women’s Institutes of NI journal, Sept 1959. ❤️.
