I’m deeply honored to have served as a facilitator on Women’s Leadership & Unity during a community outreach organized by Denuola Care Foundation across Rimba Gbagyi & Ganagana, Naharati in Abaji Area Council of the FCT. To mark the International Day of Zero Tolerance for(FGM)

The session created a safe and respectful space for over 300 women and girls to engage in honest conversations around dignity, safety, leadership, and collective responsibility. As a facilitator, my focus was on strengthening women’s voices, nurturing inclusive leadership.

We are proud that Ominya Initiative partnered with NGSCE and other partners to convene this timely and necessary conversation. Together, we move closer to a more informed, inclusive, and peaceful democracy in the FCT.
