i respect when people choose themselves and i want people to respect when i choose myself. this is why boundaries have to be firm on both sides. people will hold their boundaries while expecting yours to be weak for them. they want you to cave into their demands. absolutely not.

i am deeply sorry to any of you who felt comfortable enough to open up to someone about your trauma & insecurities, only to have them throw it in your face when you were arguing later. that’s so unfortunate. that stings in a very different way. i hope you can heal from that soon.

feeling very grateful for my health at this moment. i could wake up one day & have a limited time to live so i’m gonna take this moment to express gratitude for everything that i’ve been able to do & see. somehow still, nothing beats the sun rising or the smell of rain for me.
