I’ve taken to sitting down whilst #narrating my most recent #audiobooks — I like the more relaxed feel it produces in my voice. Yet, sometimes standing up helps me retain better focus and enthusiasm. What do other #narrators out there prefer? Sitting or standing?

Just had a rather scathing reply from an author after attempting to discuss payment terms for narrating the #audiobook. It’s hard when self-employed to stand up for yourself but this is a key part of long-term gain. Best to kill them with kindness and move on! 🤪 #sorrynotsorry

Back to #narrating today with the next book: World Conquerors: Biographies Of Genghis Khan, Napoleon Bonaparte and Alexander The Great, by author Robert Izzo. As a long time history buff I'm looking forward to working on this #audiobook!
