Last week we took some of the elder members of our community to visit the office of the Lord Mayor of Birmingham; To learn about the history and the function of local democracy in the city. Thank you to Cllr Ken Wood, his team & Birmingham City Council for their warm welcome and hospitality.

Thanks to The Faith & Belief Forum & Coventry University, we hosted an Indonesian youth delegation who are visiting the UK to enhance their understanding of interfaith work. Joined by Footsteps BCF & BhamFaiths They learnt about our faith inspired work on community safety & climate action.
This morning felt like a step back for #BalsallHeath: illegally parked cars, dumped gas cylinders, smashed vehicles, and piles of rubbish. Big thanks to Sparkbrook Police for making a difference—and luckily, some good citizens are stepping up to raise our standards for everyone!
