Buckeyes Allex Conner & Grant Hack fished the first Bassmaster College Event on Lake Hartwell, and caught 28 lbs 11 oz over two days to put them in 13th place and qualify for the 2021 Bassmaster National Championship!

Two of our teams traveled down to Tennessee for the @MLFBIG5official College Open on Chickamauga, and unfortunately it was another event marred with boat problems. The guys are looking to rebound at the Bassmaster event on Lewis Smith Lake, so stay tuned as our season picks up!

This week's @MLFBIG5official ended with a little disappointment as Patrick Henry & Mekenzie Vander Molen were one bite away from qualifying for nationals and brought in 4 fish for 12-4. Austin Paulus & Brandon Oakes were able to put together 2 fish for 4-11 as well.

The last Bassmaster college tour event of the season didn't pan out the way we hoped, and all 6 of our teams struggled on the huge Saginaw Bay. Mike Miller & Jared Minor brought in 9 fish for 21-4 over the two days to lead the Buckeyes. Full results at org.osu.edu/ohiostatebass

Jacob and Patrick lent a hand this past weekend for the annual "Fish with a First Responder" event in Delaware. We want to thank the Delaware Police and Fire Departments for a great event and working with the community to get kids outdoors and fishing!

Our first installment of Ethyl Outdoors: Presented by the Ohio State Bass Fishing Team was an outright success. Thank you to all that showed up despite the nasty weather. We hope to see y’all back soon!
