The fault lies on both as he hasn't kept in touch with the other 'Doctors' as well. Perhaps they can catch up and talk about strategy.

He feels same way about that. Much like the other doctor, he is always misplacing paper work. Hence why it seems he's slacking most of the time. Which that isn't untrue either. Yes, perhaps they can discuss over tea and snacks. So it doesn't have to always feel like work.

"Quick, @BLADEDEM0N and @SkiesOfFlames I need your assistance on such urgent matters!" The doctor looks quite worried too.
