Slower speeds save lives.   We've started reducing the speed limit in select locations following the enactment of Sammy’s Law, starting with Prospect Park West. We'll soon implement a Regional Slow Zone in Lower Manhattan & reduce the speed limit on 1.4-miles of Audubon Ave.
