What an amazing week to be working with Rowing Ireland! Every athlete's journey starts with a local club, its coaches, members and supporters. Helping those clubs and coaches to develop can only benefit the athletes of the future. Roll on #Paris2024
Last night I delivered the Nutrition & Hydration module to Rowing Ireland Level 1 Coaches. Lots of information to help our athletes (of all levels) stay fuelled, healthy, and achieve their goals. πͺπ£
