Week 3 of our Firearm Support course saw the handlers and dogs attend NPAS South East Region for familiarisation with the helicopter. Vital should there be a need to get these important assets somewhere quickly.

Last year, the Benson crew located two suspects following a report of hare coursing in Thames Valley Police. After pursuing them for approximately 30 minutes, they were arrested and subsequently charged and convicted at court. Video below ^LJ

Yesterday we located: 🚗 2 x vehicles 🏃 3 x suspects 🚶 1 x missing person For Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Police. Suspects were arrested for multiple serious offences and missing person is now safe and well ^LJ
