The #NorthWeald crew picked up their aircraft today from Airbus Helicopters London Oxford Airport (Official). En route back to base tracked a Stolen Motor Vehicle in #Luton . Vehicle located and recovered by Bedfordshire Police

This cloned Vauxhall has been involved in burglaries across Herts Police. It was sighted last night by RCT officers on the M25, it failed to stop & was pursued

With the assistance of NPAS South East Region, Herts & MPS units, all 3 occupants were arrested and stolen items recovered

Week 3 of our Firearm Support course saw the handlers and dogs attend NPAS South East Region for familiarisation with the helicopter.
Vital should there be a need to get these important assets somewhere quickly.

A man has been charged with a string of driving offences after a police pursuit from the M25 in Surrey to Lancing in Sussex – at least 40 miles.

The crew of NPAS Redhill assisted Surrey Police with a missing person task in #Fetcham #Leatherhead earlier this evening, locating them within minutes using their thermal imagery camera.

A busy shift for crews in the region. Benson refuelled at North Weald following a job which required us to land to assist ground units. Both aircraft on the pad treated to fireworks #NPAS999 ^LJ

The Benson aircraft has had lots of good results recently. Today alone we’ve located multiple Hare coursing suspects for Thames Valley Police and then had a vehicle pursuit with speeds of up to 140mph and covering approximately 70 miles. Driver now in custody #NPAS999 ^LJ
