We are continuing to experience issues with our email system due to an issue with the Microsoft anti-spam system. Microsoft are currently blocking our email replies to customers using Microsoft email services. Our email provider is working with Microsoft to resolve this.

We have electrical rewiring work ongoing in our building over the 30th June, 1st and 2nd of July. This will disrupt our ability to answer telephone enquiries and emails. All services should be back to normal by Monday 5th July 2021.

We are now back in the office after the electrical work on our building. Telephone and email support is restored, although we have a backlog of emails so it may take a little longer than usual for us to reply.
