Who has worse #CustomerSupport than FedEx ? Caught in a frustrating website loop trying to schedule a pickup ("create an account,""you have an account"), got hung up on by the phone system twice, and finally got a live agent who was super surly. Seriously - who is worse?

Is americanair mad at me and my family? My flight Monday was 7 hours late. My husband’s flight tonight was 4 1/2 hours late. You canceled my poor mother’s flight a couple of weeks ago - poor woman didn’t know what to do! Fees/fares keep going up, service goes down. Shame.

If my Celebrity Cruises is any indication, Verizon and AT&T have nothing to fear from Starlink . Unbelievably CRAPPY connection, and it cost me HUNDREDS of dollars for just one week of use. I’m truly astonished by how bad my connectivity is on this trip.
