There is grave concern here in Norfolk about Norfolk County Council decision to build a bridge over the River Wensum SAC. The river accommodates a rare chalk stream and is at risk of further deterioration due to construction and operation of the proposed road. A legal action beckons!

The words used by Mr Freeman appear to us to be defamatory - clearly they will have an adverse impact on this expert's reputation and living. We suggest Mr Boswell seeks legal advice and Mr Freeman immediately removes his defamatory words.

Ancient Woodland in the Wensum Valley would be massively degraded through proximity to the Norwich Western Link. Under a new directive such deterioration must be reported to the Secretary of State. We will be watching to ensure this happens!
