Day 3: the last two days were THE. WORST. Simply put, I was ready to gouge my own uterus and ovaries out with a spoon (it’s dull you twit, it’ll hurt more!) Today, acceptable pain level. Headache a mere niggle. Mood: Fair. #thatsawin

Day 4: went to a trade show today...didn’t quite get to see everything I wanted, my back hurts and the hot flushes were uncontrollable BUT actually, uterus-wise - okay. 💁🏻‍♀️ #illcallthatawin

Did a charity thing at work. Made me feel more like “me” 💜💫

My OH isn’t feeling well so I covered their shift at work. Actually not mad about it, got loads done ✅

Today’s mood:

Day 13: ho-ly fuckballs, the hot flushes really are so fucking random...no-one tells you that’s you want be able to anticipate the next one, or how long it will last. Also, the 💩 ain’t particularly friendly either #menopause #imtooyoungforthisshit
