Appalling services from Virgin Media ❤️ My elderly aunt waited one hour on the phone trying to get support after 2 days of no service. She was then hung up on when she couldn't put the bill payer on the phone, even after she explained that her husband had passed away. #haveaheart

Be very wary of flying Lufthansa. 7 months of trying to get compensation for delays that caused missed connections plus losing my baggage for 6+ weeks. They are not willing to meet their obligations under the Montreal Convention and their customer service is appalling.

Avoid flying Lufthansa. I am still waiting for a resolution to their losing my baggage for 6 weeks+ and also a 24 hour delay to my flight which they caused that missed connections turning a 24 hour trip from Dublin to Auckland into a 60 hour journey on my own with 2 kids. 1/2

Frustrated with ScottishPower. Received a huge bill based on inaccurate estimates (property has been sold and was unoccupied for the period). Cannot use live chat as it continually ends the chat. Cannot phone from outside UK. Customer service on email completely incompetent.
