Quick reminder: The Bill to incorporate the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child into Scottish Law was challenged by UK Gov in 2021. Sections were found to go beyond Scot Gov's powers. Countries like Norway, Finland, Iceland & Sweden have incorporated UNCRC into their law
